Most of our customer claims the refund due to misunderstanding the date on the package.
All mainland China products print manufacturer date and shelf life on the package, they do not print best before date.
Since our products is perishable goods and for hygiene reasons. We do not do exchange and return if it is not the quality issue of the product.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
